To ensure your certificate is issued immediately, please ensure you create a mail alias for one of the above addresses prior to placing your order.
Dedicated IP Address:
Please ensure that you have a dedicated IP address assigned to the website, as this is a pre-requisite to install certificates. Dedicated IPs are available at $3.50 + GST per IP per month, subject to availability.
Validation Documents:
Some validation documents are required for the Comodo Instant SSL and the Comodo EV SGC SSL certificates. Our helpful Service Desk associates will be in touch to advise which of these will be required upon placement of the order.
