Heartbeat Checks
Web24 will monitor your Server for availability via Ping and SSH (Linux) or RDP (Windows). Alerts generated by these Heartbeat Checks are received by Web24 for pro-actively investigation and to attempt to restore SSH or RDP access.
Hardware Firewall
The hardware firewall provides an additional layer of protection against attackers and illegitimate traffic arriving at your server
Extended Support
Individual Support Ticket enquiries (per issue) will receive up to 30 minutes of troubleshooting or investigating time, on a best efforts basis, for the our support categories. Web24 will pro-actively receive the alerts generated by Heartbeat Checks to investigate and attempt to restore SSH or RDP access.
Daily Server / Database Backups
Your server is backed up everyday to our robust data protection storage network kept for 14 days. Backups are granular which allows us to restore files, folders, or roll back the entire server when you need it.
